Standard Shipping & Handling fees are applied per order, and are for orders shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Orders with prints larger than 24x30 will ship UPS Ground and cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box.

Shipping & Handling fees listed in the ordering systems are for the continental United States; fees for order shipped outside the continental United States will be invoiced at the rates listed on the website.

Expedited shipping is not available for the US Territories and APO addresses.

Drop Shipping

Drop Shipping allows you to send orders directly to your client from Full Color. An unbranded order packing slip is included with the order, without pricing, so that your client does not see Full Color as your photo lab, or your lab costs.
Standard Drop Shipping is UPS, unless an order is sent to a Post Office Box or outside the continental United States, which will be sent USPS Priority Mail at the Standard Drop Ship rate.
Note: Drop shipments sent to APO addresses require Full Color's business name on the shipping label.
Drop Shipping can be automatically ordered through the Full Color Ordering System; order on the Select Options tab from the Shipping Method drop down. Choose the drop ship option and type in the addressee information.
In ROES, Drop Shipping can be ordered on the Review Order tab. Under Shipping Options, choose the drop ship option, and enter the addressee information under Drop Ship to Client Address.
Shipping Multiple Orders
When multiple orders are invoiced on the same day, the orders may ship together; this helps reduce packaging material and allows us to ship orders in the most cost-efficient manner. Combining multiple orders into a single shipment will not change the shipping and handling fees you pay; these fees are charged per order.
Counter Pick Up
For orders designated for counter pickup, a payment method is required to be on file for the account. In the event that the order has not been picked up within business 15 days of the invoice date, Full Color will charge the credit card on file for the order, plus appropriate shipping and handling fees, including a drop ship fee, and ship the order to the ship to address on file for the account.
Shipping Insurance
Film, negatives, as well as storage media are all considered original works of art by shipping carriers, holding a maximum limit of liability of $100. Therefore, if higher valued insurance is needed on a shipment, we recommend contacting a private insurance company to better suit your needs. We are not responsible for any insurance charges on shipped packages to and from Full Color, Inc.
